"Since I've had teeth I have bitten my nails! So it's fair to say they've had a rough time over the past 40 something years. It was important to me that whatever treatment I had for my nails stopped me biting them, but didn't weaken them any further Mandy doesn't use any mechanical equipment - she does everything by hand. She puts a strengthener and then four coats of UV base / polish / top coat to achieve a really strong nail, which also looks smart and I cannot bite them!"
